Come join me in creating a 1:12 scale dollhouse doll, "Camille", inspired by 18th century era fashion.  In this online class, we will create this lovely dollhouse doll with the kit included.  The doll for this kit is very special, made of porcelain (her legs will be a white porcelain to simulate stockings) and china painted from my own original sculpt/molds.  "Camille" would make a unique and beautiful addition to your miniature collection.
Included in this kit:
One porcelain dollhouse doll, china painted and fully assembled and with shoes made onto the feet.  Camille is made from my original sculpts/molds and is 5.5" tall.  She has been made to stand, but if you would prefer her more flexible. such as to sit, choose that option in checkout.  
An acrylic doll stand.
All fabric, lace, ribbons and jewelry to complete the doll. (The gold braid will differ from that in the photo, but will be a similar metallic gold.)
Wigging fiber and tools to create the hairstyle.
Paper pattern and instructional booklet for the costume.
Instructional booklet for the wig.
4 live Zoom classes with Lilli demonstrating the techniques.
Access to class recap videos for a year.
You can also choose from my porcelain colors (as shown) for skin tone, eye color and wig/hair color.  All these will be options upon checkout.
What you will learn in this class:
How to create a miniature costume on a porcelain doll with hand sewing and gluing techniques.
How to create a wig on to the doll in a 18th century era style.
How to drape and set a costume for a realistic look.
There will be preparation homework and likely homework between classes.
 
Live class dates are:  June 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of 2025 at 9am PDT (US pacific time).  Each live class will be 2 hours and will include demonstration of the doll making techniques following the class module timeline.  I will record a separate recap video for each module that you will have access to for up to a year.
 
I have limited this class to 10 students so that we can all enjoy our doll making time and get to know one another!  I hope to see you in class!
